Can I request my artwork to be delivered on a particular day?
Certainly, just let us know which day would best suit you, Saturday deliveries are extra. Please contact me directly.
I require urgent delivery, is this possible?
Yes, please contact me, there may be an additional charge depending on your requirements.
Yes but this is not free!. Also we do not have an automated checkout option for international purchasers. If you are interested in a specific piece of art please contact me so I can work out the relevant postage/shipping charges.
What happens if my artwork gets damaged in transit?
If your artwork is damaged in transit, you will be offered a replacement or a full refund. This can only be done with proof of damage. It is recommended that photographic evidence is obtained of the damage and packaging and you contact Marilyn immediately.
Is it insured against damages?
Yes all artwork is insured against damages in transit.
How much are your delivery charges?
Due to the fragility of the artwork the prices may vary.
How long before delivery of my artwork?
For small standing pieces, bowls and vessels allow 5-7 working days following completion of payment.
